TO SEE: MAGAZINE LIBRARY JAPAN

September 27, 2010

This post is dedicated to my former love: LIV’ Magazine. While we here in the Netherlands decided to stop publishing, Japan exposed our magazine during their Magazine Libraries. Because they loved it. Last week I received some pictures and I like to share them with you. To keep the soul of LIV’ alive, but also as a recommendation. If you’re in Tokyo this week you can visit it at Maison Aoyama. A must for everyone addicted to magazines. Check their site for next events.

LIKE TO HAVE: RESTORE BOX LIV’ MAGAZINE

June 23, 2010

So I’ve told you how devastated I was when I heard my favorite magazine – and what happens to be my daily dreamjob as well – quit. I’m so glad to hear that other people, just like Newelty and Mr Magazine, liked what we’ve made, but unfortunately we can’t get back in time to make it work. Yesterday we had our final goodbye. And I received the best gift from the year 2010: this ultracool designed restore box for all the LIV’s we’ve made. If all magazines can be restored like this, my workplace would look like paradise 🙂

What do you think?

THE DEAD OF YET ANOTHER MAGAZINE

April 18, 2010

But this wasn’t just another magazine for me. I was working for LIV’: a real dreamjob. We could only make 6 numbers, but due to a lack of profit, we had to stop immediately. This is the cover of our latest number. You can buy it in The Netherlands: so enjoy it while you can. It’s all about travel, hotspots and celebs. www.livmagazine.nl
