Most striking feature:

The restaurant is build directly on the water and because this is a fish restaurant, physically speaking, you can see the fish swim where you’re sitting. Well we don’t live in the Cariben so the water is not so clear but hey, you need to have a little imagination. I visited Nevy during the opening in 2008 and I know that I’ve tried some of the best sushi on their raw bar and some oysters at the entrance.

This december chef Tom Aikens left his London home to prepare a three (40 euro) and four (50 euro) course meal for Nevy. Aikens is known for his excellent fish preparations. Till 19 december.
